Returns Policy

Our orders are sent on a one/two day delivery service using a trustworthy and reliable carrier. Customers will receive a confirmation e-mail the moment an order is dispatched. 

You are required to inspect your order at the point of delivery for any damage that may have been caused whilst in transit. A note should then be made with the carrier and ourselves informed within 7 days.

In the event you need to return a product please contact  We have to be notified of any return within 48hrs of receiving an order. In some cases a return charge can be applied. This charge is dependent on the current price provided via the carrier. Please note we are unable to action the return of custom made doors.
